The Nomoko platform is an integrated suite for real-world 3D data orders and streaming. Specifically, you can:

How do I access and use the Nomoko platform?

The Nomoko platform is free to use for everyone. As a web-based app, you can access it via any internet browser. For an optimal experience, we recommend using Chrome as well as choosing a screen resolution greater than 800 x 600 pixels.
Once you create a free account, you can order 3D data, use the 3D streaming library (beta), and access the Swiss Property Twin app.

How do I order 3D data?

You can order data in the 3D data section of the platform. You’ll need a free account for this. To request a quote:
– Select your area of interest on the map.
– Log in or sign up.
– Submit your request.
A member of our sales team will contact you shortly.

In the near future, we will also offer a self-service 3D data catalog that will give you instant access to 3D data.

How do I access and use the Nomoko 3D streaming library?

The 3D streaming library will be released in autumn 2023. In the meantime, you can sign up for the beta program.

Once invited to the beta program, you will need to create a free account on the Nomoko platform. With that, you’ll be able to:
– Generate API keys.
– Upload your own 3D assets to convert them into a web-ready format.
– Download and import the library into your dev environment.
– Start using the library by providing your API key.
– Check back on the platform to monitor your storage and streaming usage.

Pricing depends on your storage and streaming volume. We offer a free tier for those who just want to experiment and explore the library.

How do I access and use the Swiss Property Twin app?

The Swiss Property Twin app can be accessed via the quick access menu of the platform.

The Swiss Property Twin is a digital twin application based on Nomoko 3D data and our 3D streaming library. It offers real estate intelligence for Switzerland, including:
– A map-based search for Swiss real estate opportunities
– Filters to find the right properties and plots
– Points of interest within 1km for all buildings
– Information on building regulations, including zoning and cadaster
– Access to market insights and price evolution
– Road and transport network
– Information on noise pollution
– Photorealistic 3D models of selected areas
– Additional market intelligence from our partners (available as in-app purchase)

The Swiss Property Twin app is free to use except for the additional market intelligence data from our partners.

Where does Nomoko get data from?

The 3D data is captured by Nomoko. We have an in-house drone team that captures images and reconstructs them into 3D models. Thanks to our extensive experience, we can fly custom orders in nearly any location, as long as local regulations allow it.

The geographical data on the platform map is supplied by Mapbox Street V8.

In the Swiss Property Twin app we curate, ingest, transform and harmonize data from several different sources to offer comprehensive real estate intelligence. This includes data from the official state and cantonal authorities (such as BFS for the cadaster and building data) as well as private third party data providers for market data (such as Swiss Real Estate Datapool).

Can I add my own 3D data?

You can add your own 3D data when working with the Nomoko 3D streaming library, which is currently in beta. The library allows you to add data, visualize it on the platform, and access it via your own application.
