The Nomoko platform can do more now!
New feature
- The Nomoko platform becomes an entry point for you to discover and manage all products and services offered by Nomoko.
- If you have been with us for a while, the previous edition of the application is now renamed “Swiss Property Twin“, and runs directly on the platform.
- You can now order 3D data directly via the platform. The previous 3D service application is fully integrated into the platform.
Coming up
- Why the new structure, you ask? It will all become obvious in the coming months when we release the following features, as Nomoko goes further into high-res 3D data and powerful 3D streaming technology:
- The best Nomoko photorealistic 3D models streamed directly on the platform map
- Stream 3D in your own application by using the Nomoko 3D streaming library (sign up for beta)
We update Nomoko regularly and want to shape its future together with you. Please share your experiences with us at helpdesk@nomoko.world.

What’s new on the Swiss Property Twin app?
Photorealistic 3D in beta:
- You can see the photorealistic 3D models by switching your view to 3D (either using the 3D button or tilting the map) and enabling the Realistic base map under the Data layers.
- The quality of the 3D model will increase with time, and it might take a few minutes. The performance and the highest level of quality also in part depend on your internet speed and hardware specifications.
- The 3D models in beta are available in the lake shore area of Zollikon and Küsnacht, ZH.

What’s new on the Swiss Property Twin app?
ImmoScout24 integrated into the platform:
- You can see ImmoScout24 listings live on our map by going to Data Layers → Market, and switch on either or both “sale listings“ and “rental listings“
- We provide a direct link to the active listings on ImmoScout24, as well as a property history concerning sale and rental in the corresponding building analyze view. This historical listing information includes sale/rental price, days listed, and advertiser. If the renovation year is ever mentioned in a listing, this information is displayed in the property history section as well.
- We replaced the property images with those provided by the advertisements on ImmoScout24. As we continue to get updates, you will see more real images of the properties, and less those generic placeholders.
Building data covering the entire Switzerland:
- We have completed our Swiss map with building data (source: GWR) for the following cantons previously missing: Vaud, Ticino, Luzern, Neuchâtel, Jura, Obwalden, Nidwalden and Appenzell Ausserrhoden.
- The building and plot geometry, as well as legal (OEREB) data are still missing for these cantons. We are working on it!
Bug-fixes:
- Fixed the issue where clearing the filter does not return the map canvas to the default state.
- Fixed the issue where hovering building/empty plot icons of filtered results does not highlight the building/plot polygon.

What’s new on the Swiss Property Twin app?
New features:
- We have added empty plots on our Swiss map on top of buildings. You can find them by filtering for “Empty plots“. Please note that you may still find some road sections or water surfaces that are categorized as empty plots. We will be continuously improving our algorithm to give you better results.
- You can tilt or switch to a 3D view and explore the Real Estate world in 3D which has the terrain and abstract buildings but also all existing data layers. Next up – photorealistic 3D models within the platform!
Functional improvements:
- You can now filter buildings by “gross floor area“ and “plot area“.
- We now have more building and plot data for Canton Valais.

What’s new on the Swiss Property Twin app?
New features:
- The legal panel of the property analyse view is now populated with content directly retrieved from cantonal GIS portal. The OEREB/RDPPF extract PDF pertaining to the plot can be directly downloaded from here as well.
- “My Favourites“ section has been upgraded to “My properties”, which contains on top of the original favourite section also a history of recently viewed properties and “Smart folders”.
- “Smart folders” automatically collect properties where you have unlocked or interacted with partner data and place them into a folder named after the partner. This way you will always have an overview of where you have extra data, and from which partners.
Functional improvements:
- You can now ask for a quote for 3D-capture an area without leaving the platform. Simply go to 3D service in the Nomoko Store and start selecting the area you want to capture.
- Properties in favourite folders can also be sorted now. The sorting criteria are years of construction, gross floor area, plot area, expected sales price, number of floors, and floor potential.
- We added the federal-level zoning law layer for canton AG, BE, BL, BS, FR, GL, LU, NW, OW, SH, SO, SZ, TG, UR, ZG.

What’s new on the Swiss Property Twin app?
New features:
- The platform now speaks also German and French. Simply toggle to your preferred language using the switch beside the Nomoko Store at the top-right corner of the canvas.
Performance improvements:
- We’ve optimized how the backend services access the DB and now the platform runs even faster.
Obituary:
- With fond memories we say goodbye to Praedia and welcome the spiritual successor: Nomoko platform. Nothing has really changed except that now everyone can pronounce the name of our platform correctly (and our marketing team breathes a sigh of relief on a unified brand image). If you still see Praedia anywhere on the platform or on the website, it is our old friend’s ghost manifesting itself in the form of a bug. Let us know and we shall appease it immediately.
